If you still have outstanding items on your order these will be sent to you as advertised. All our live plants, bulbs and tubers are sent out at the best time for planting straight out in the garden. 

The dates given should only be used as a guide only as these dates can be affected by weather conditions throughout the season. If any items are significantly delayed we will try our best to inform you in good time. 

Plants and seeds are sent using different delivery methods and sometimes can be sent from different warehouses/despatch sites. Due to this there can occasionally be a crossover in the postal system and you may receive one product sooner than another. 

If you have placed an order with us prior to the product being shown as 'out of stock', please do not worry. The stock is allocated to you at the time of ordering, and you will still receive it. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply you with the product, for instance due to crop failure, we will contact you and offer a replacement or refund.
